Great location and well kept property, close to everything we needed for our stay at the Marina.

I think this might the best hotel in Dubai. I and my wife really enjoyed it. The rooftop pool on 77 floor is amazing with great views. Its a highlight of the hotel. You cannot find better in Dubai. The room was clean, great bed, modern and included flip-flops and beach bag - nice touch. Breakfast was also great with many options. I wish the staff was better organized and served coffee faster during the breakfast. If they have modern coffee machines like in other hotels the guest could serve themselves. I don't like getting coffee after finishing breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. What I was surprised about are the prices for food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai gor holidays due to this fact anymore. Overall great experience.

First of all, I should say the beach resort is lovely and the area around the pool with live dj and bar is a really enjoyable place to spend your time. However, we faced some issues upon arrival. Me and my partner had only booked for one night to enjoy the palm. They let us check in early, which we were very grateful in. But our room didn’t live up to expectations… the bathroom worked as a wet room, but with the shower no more than a foot away from the toilet and clearly something wrong with the drainage, the bathroom was literally flooded after no more than a minute under the shower. We took this up with the front desk and after some persisting, a lovely supervisor apologised and allowed us to move room. She was very attentive and upgraded us to a sea view which again, we were extremely grateful for. This did turn the experience around and we had an enjoyable afternoon… but the whole escapade took up a considerable amount of time and for the nightly price, we both thought the first room was a little unacceptable for a five star hotel. The breakfast was also ridiculously expensive… £68 for two people to buy the morning of. Overall, we felt that the interior and overall layout of the hotel was a little worn. For the price and rating, we really expected more.

The rooms are not the best. The shower is horrible low pressure plus the water never drain aince it was done wrong. Toilet flush have issues and you need to tap it couple of times to avoid the water to run.

Great stay, however our room was supposed to he city view and it was on 2nd floor and some parking structure or blocked view
