Ideally located on the ground floor of a quiet, leafy residence, this 25m² studio includes a living room with a sofa bed for two people, as well as two extra beds (90x190cm), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet.

Enjoy a delicious meal outdoors on its west-facing terrace.

It will delight young and old alike with its proximity to bike paths and forest walks.

The residence has a parking space.
