    The space
    This lovely spacious 2 bedroom is nestled in one of the nicest quiet residential area directly from Wilson Park (2 min walk). Our home has a beautiful office and ample sleeping space to relax or work remotely.

    The family room has comfortable sofas and a SmartTV for you to log in with your own internet-based services, like Netflix/Hulu if you wish! In the hallway closet, you will find board and card games to pass the time after a long day exploring this beautiful hidden city gem.

    The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of table settings and the essentials needed to cook a great meal.

    Quiet Hours 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. (weekend 11 p.m.- 9 a.m.)
    As this is a residential neighborhood no partying, music, or loud behavior is permitted that will disturb our neighbors. We also request that you are quiet in the driveway when returning late at night.

    Guest Access
    The flat is accessed through a side entrance with a keyless entry system for easy in/out access. Guests will be provided a unique code prior to check-in to use for the duration of their stay.

    The partially finished basement offers a washer/dryer set that is completely free for you to use.

    We kindly advise that being an older duplex, there may be occasional sounds from the lower unit. We strive to ensure a peaceful environment and have taken measures to minimize any potential disturbances. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard. It’s your typical multi-family unit in a cool, peaceful, and safe part of town!

Milwaukee Visit

Had a good stay here at this VRBO. Convenient location between multiple suburbs or Milwaukee and close to downtown. Simple and very clean, inside way better looking than exterior, very comfortable stay!

Amazing property in Milwaukee

The condo was amazing. Centrally located to anywhere you want to go in the local area. Great neighbor with great neighbors, we never heard any noise from outside during our entire stay.

This apartment is terrific. It is an upstairs apartment. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc., are all fantastic. We will stay here again.

Very cute and comfortable place, safe neighborhood. Bring hand soap and shampoo. On street parking plentiful, we did call a number given to us to park on the street to get a pass to park on the street.

There were no dish towels, no paper towels and we ran out of toilet paper. We had to purchase these things on our own. The property advertisement should have stated that we would have to pay for street parking. It was overall nice but the bare essentials should have been supplied.
