Great place, first impression I wasnโ€™t sure if I was in the right place since it was booked for me. Beautiful building, built in the 1800s. Rooms are amazing. Since it is in downtown Milwaukee, it does get a little loud but itโ€™s to be expected. Weโ€™ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasnโ€™t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay

Peaceful rooms and comfy beds. High ceilings are great. If you want to cook or store food the community kitchen is beautiful. I wish I needed to use it. Great location for some great restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. One of the best features was the shared kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. Itโ€™s a unique hotel concept that made the stay feel more like home. The location is excellentโ€”itโ€™s within walking distance of downtown, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel doesnโ€™t have a front desk or receptionist, but you can contact the staff by phone or text if you need assistance. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient. I completed everything online by submitting my ID, and they sent me passcodes to access the front entrance, elevator, and my room. The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone, as calls werenโ€™t answered right away. However, they were very responsive through text messages, so I recommend messaging them if you need help. Overall, I had a great experience. The clean, spacious accommodations, unique setup, and fantastic location made it a place I would gladly stay at again.

Highly recommend

Loved the concept of this hotel. The common areas were so nice and a great idea. Perfect location for walking to the Public Market, restaurants, etc. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. Great brunch, drinks and had a crab toast special that was beyond delicious. Room was really nice as well. Would 100% recommend and stay there again.

A terrific place close to the Third Ward, the public market, good restaurants, and speedy Uber arrivals. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our king room on the first floor was clean and large with a nice bathroom in which everything worked. We stayed at the Kinn for a rate that was more attractive than other hotels in this popular area of the city. We intend to return there on our next trip to Milwaukee.

Our third stay at Kinn propertyโ€™s. Very comfortable, very quiet, love the community kitchen and living areas. Gorgeous decor. Little problem with elevator code this stay. Had to take stairs but problem was explained and all was ok. All in all, wonderful stay for my sisters birthday ๐Ÿ˜Š

Very clean and comfortable inn. All the amenities in communal area you could want. Breakfast goods and teas low stock but good quality.good location. Room not cleaned except on departure.

Self Service Hotel, Give it a Try!

I was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us. We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process.
