"This is a nice throwback in time. The staff was so nice. The room had some issues -- lamp shade was torn, curtain was not all the way on the rod. I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room. The one MARVELOUS feature was many safety rails in the bathroom.. While there was not a roll in shower, there were multiple rails that made it SO MUCH easier and safer for me. I would stay here again for that reason alone. The bed pillows were fantastic. It is a roomy space and the bathroom is huge which was appreciated. The elevator is a hoot. The hotel had a wonderful "feel" to it. I Wish there had been clear written guidelines, as I am deaf and it is difficult for me to ask instructions and information."
