The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Community room with pool table, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, dining/work table, private balcony, walk-in closet, and in-unit laundry Location: \- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars Parking: \- Reserved parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn\`t enforced).
