Guest access

🏠 Entire property is accessible to guests with the exception of the garage.

🔐 A unique access code will be generated for guests to access the home via the smart lock on the front door inside the screen porch.

Other things to note

🏡 Our property features living spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs on the second floor.

🚗 There is off-street parking for 2 cars comfortably in the driveway, with additional parking on the street if necessary.

🚫 Street parking should be avoided if possible. The large corner lot offers a great amount of outdoor space for kids or a dog.

🌿 It is not fenced but is mostly surrounded by hedges and trees.

❄️ This home does not have central AC, but during the warm season we install window units in the living room and two main bedrooms upstairs.
