Bedrooms and bath are upstairs and were comfortable and roomy. I suggest replacing Living Room seating - couch springs broken so could not use. And side chairs well worn, not comfy.Wifi/Roku good. The whole area was extremely walkable with access to restaurants, coffee, bars, grocery stores, and much more. If you want to live the historic village there is a mall within 3 minuets. The home was clean, spacious, updated, but you could still feel the charm and history of the 1930s construction. The home had all amenities needed. ##### Aaron V. We were able to walk to Greendale shops and nice restaurants. The house has all newer dishes and bakeware. The back patio is quiet and comfortable. One note: the bathroom is nice and recently remodeled but is on the 2nd floor if elderly people have trouble climbing stairs.
