Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Nik and Helena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and their personal touches made the experience truly special. The service was exceptional, the accommodations were spotless and comfortable, and the entire team carried the same friendly, helpful attitude that clearly reflects Nik and Helena’s leadership. What stood out the most was how effortless they made everything feel. Thank you, Nik and Helena, for your kindness and hospitality. You turned our trip into an experience we’ll always remember, and we can’t wait to return!

Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable.

Great hotel in a beautiful village on the island of Brac. Stunning view of Split over the water - perfect for drinks at sundown. Restaurant is good, with lots of options. Kids club is great. Pool area is nice, but can be very busy. Overall, 9.5 / 10 from me.
