"The owner here, Branco, is a great guy and very helpful. The only problem is that the property is about a mile or so from the Hvar Old Town so you either have to rent a car or walk the whole distance, which isn't terribly safe. The hotel has two small swimming pools but nothing was entirely open when I stayed there in late April. Apparently, things really heat up during the summer where I imagine there are more things to do."

"This was a perfect location for a visit to Hvar if you don’t want to be on the beach. We were amongst all the historical and beautiful cobblestone streets and within steps of the waterfront, the old city, etc. Hvar is not very big, so everything is easy to get to.
