Come away and enjoy a peaceful, refreshing stay at Vivian’s Serenity Guest House! Nestled in amongst the rolling hills of Amish Country, cozy up in the cottage or explore the local attractions. Only 1.5 miles from Rails to Trails biking trail, minutes from the historic downtown Millersburg, 10 minutes to Berlin, 1 mile to the Holmes County Fair Grounds. whether it's relaxation or adventure you seek, the Serenity Cottage offers both seclusion and proximity to all Amish country has to offer! You won’t be disappointed! We do allow well behaved dogs but there is a non refundable $50 pet fee for up to 2 pups! It's listed as an admin fee under fee's so you'll have to choose the admin fee when booking your stay to have the $50 included!

At Vivian's guest house you have everything you need provided for you. The house is warm and cozy. They have a little kids nook under the stairs with toys and books.Love the farmhouse decor and Katie the host was fabulous. I would highly recommend Vivian's. Can't wait to return in the near future.

Great stay in Millersburg

Beautiful cottage in Millersburg that my wife and I spent the evening in. Very cozy, all modern appliances, very clean, great Fall decorations and a beautiful view. Very short drive to town but in a secluded area. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home. Peaceful and enough privacy off the road, which made it a very good location. Definitely going back. Communication was excellent. The surprise was it is actually like two bathrooms even though it says one. The main bedroom has a shower, sink and commode. It was perfect.

Comfortable, Cute and Quiet Home

We spent two nights in this cute house. It was fat enough from town to be quiet, but close enough to easily be able to go grab dinner. The beds were super comfortable and the couch/recliners were great. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as throw blankets for while watching tv. Such cute decor also. Definately an option for a future stay!

Thanksgiving Get-Away

We were looking for a few days away to unplug and relax and this was perfect! The location was away enough to feel private, but close enough to town to make driving in for dinner quick and easy. The house itself was beautiful and cozy with all of the amenities you are looking for to unwind; super comfy beds, a great shower/soaking tub, string lights, a fire pit. The hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with and left tummy treats for us at check-in. We can’t wait to return in the spring!

Just perfect!

My daughter and I were looking for a place that felt cozy and close to nature but accessible to restaurants, shops, and antiquing. Katie’s cottage checked all the boxes and more! 3 minutes from downtown Millersburg and 10 minutes from Berlin. Wonderful amenities and spacious kitchen where we had coffee at the counter each morning, as well as an upstairs nest that included two nicely appointed bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a living room with large screen tv, great for watching old Gilmore Girls episodes in the evenings. Couldn’t have been happier. Would highly recommend!evenings.
