Spacious property, beautifuly designed and decorated cabin. We brought a record player since we deduced that there isn't a TV for entertainment. Comfortable living area and beds. We appreciated the baked goods left by the host. The main bathroom was spa-like quality, very impressive. Lower bathroom is under construction but usable.

A peaceful getaway

Wow! What a wonderful time! Everything was perfect at Buckeye Lodge! The lodge was so clean and so spacious. It was so neat to look out the many windows and see the horses nearby. The lodge was stocked with everything we needed and then some!! Thank you for an amazing stay!! I loved the wrap around porch with the many chairs to enjoy the peaceful setting.Hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting

This spacious wood lodge is beautifully built and decorated with attention to every detail. It is immaculate and comfortable, with up to the date features throughout. Delicious fresh baked goods were delivered upon my arrival. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay, and everyone was so warm and nice. The country setting is lovely and quiet. I highly recommend this lodge.

My family stayed at the lodge for a short stay while checking into a horse for sale. The Yoder family are exceptional hosts! The lodge is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Nice extras of local homemade baked goods, fresh fruit and bottled water. Everything you need to have a relaxing getaway. The front wrap around porch offers fantastic views of the area and horses. The lodge is so cozy, it felt instantly like home.

I WAS IN TOWN TO VIEW HORSES FOR SALE. THE LODGE WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON THE BUCKEYE ACRE FARM PROPERTY. I FOUND IT TO BE RUSTIC AND CHARMING WITH ALL THE MODERN CONVENIENCES. A SHORT DRIVE TO TOWN AND 1 HOUR FROM CANTON AIRPORT MAKE IT EASY TO GET TO. THE OWNER MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SEE THAT I ENJOYED MY STAY.

Love the Luxurious Lodge!!

The Lodge was absolutely beautiful - 5 stars is not enough! The reservation process was easy and the check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The large welcoming front porch opens to a western themed interior that was obviously designed with quality craftsmanship and a strong attention to detail. It appears that no expense was spared - the furniture was attractive and comfortable; the appliances new and first rate. The countertops in both the kitchen and large bathroom were gorgeous and the log/timber staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is an architectural masterpiece! While the rainy weather did not allow us to use the beautiful outdoor fire pit, we took full advantage of the cozy indoor fireplace (electric). The kitchen was exceptionally appointed and the complimentary / locally made baked goods provided by the host were very much appreciated and a nice touch. While nestled privately near the woods and with views of the bucolic countryside, The Lodge was easy to find and conveniently located to several charming villages and towns (Millersburg, Berlin, and coincidentally, a town called Charm!).Our only regret is that our stay was for just one night; next time, we will definitely stay longer so that we can take full advantage of ALL The Lodge has to offer!

This is a very unique property! A beautiful, spotlessly clean, cabin nestled on an expansive farm. The entire property is picturesque. The photos online can’t capture this serene and tranquil setting. The cabin is well stocked with the basics and an incredible surprise was the most amazing bread and cinnamon rolls!Looking forward to another stay and will definitely stay longer.
