Noisy construction of the new Hunter Street Metro Station across the street goes on day and night so request a room that does not front O'Connell Street if you are a light sleeper."

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices"
