Steps from a bustling creek and waterfall. This cottage is perfect for anyone coming to the area! Stocked with guest exclusives: snacks, drinks, extra towels, soaps, books, seasonal candles/decorations, kitchenware, linens, pillows, an adjustable bed, yoga mat, board games and a Smart TV with hundreds of free channels and movies from various apps like Pluto, Tubi, YouTube. This rental is the “Right-Side Unit”, private and two floors. In bedrooms, mattresses are new (used only by guests). The backyard is huge! Play catch, kick a ball or try out any of the outdoor games found in the sun room. WiFi is lightning fast and reaches all over. Cottage is located in a booking- friendly neighborhood and just off the highway. You are literally at the center of Dutchess County. Right Side Unit: Kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, full bathroom and laundry on the first floor. A staircase takes you to the second floor where you’ll find 3 bedrooms, an office and another full bathroom. The house is beautiful and very inviting and comfortable. It was easy to locate. Even though the property was older with loads of charm it was updated with many modern conveniences.
