"We thought it would be a typical hotel stay. We were in town for 10 days for the PGF softball tournament. There was a lot of softball games, beach time, and team outings. The cleaning staff was patient and understanding. If there wasn’t softball dirt everywhere, there was beach sand. We returned to change during a room cleaning and they were very understanding. We also LOVED Joel at the front desk. He was shy, but I think it was because I was very outgoing. He was friendly and answered any questions. He gave recommendations and was just a pleasant person. All the staff were great. There was one woman that wasn’t very friendly, but I figured she was too busy to greet us. Breakfast wasn’t delicious, but we appreciated it was available, free, and early since we had to be at the field by 7am each day. It is right off the 405 and near everything. Location was perfect for what we had to do while we were there. We recommend Chicken Miason, and Zubies Dry Dock, and The Hangout, so good. I don't want to recommend this hotel, only because I don’t want it to get filled with so many people that I won’t be able to get a room. Haha. Thank you Ayres for giving us a great experience. "
"We had to change rooms twice and when I spoke to management about it, he was professional and very accommodating to reimburse me one night which I truly appreciated it. I would still come back and stay at this hotel. I do recommend this hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you. "
"Nice little motel. The staff was great. The pool was nice and clean. Many food and drink options close by. Would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back. "
