"We received an email from Wotif telling us the hotel had cancelled our booking due to maintenance being completed. We booked this room months ago so why weren't we told earlier? "The people at the reception desk were super nice and helpful, both the day Lady and the evening guy. They tried to do everything possibile to make your stay a pleasurable one.
