They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Free parking on the site. The property outside door is closed during the night makes it even more safe and secure.
