Dog var oplevelsen desværre lidt præget af dårlig kommunikation – vi fik først information om check-in få timer før ankomst, selvom det blev oplyst, at vi ville modtage oplysningerne 48 timer i forvejen. Det skabte en del unødig stress. Lejligheden lever ikke helt op til billederne – den fremstår mere luksuriøs online, end den er i virkeligheden. Den er også meget lydt, og man kan høre alt fra gangen og nabolejlighederne, hvilket trækker ned i oplevelsen.
