Beautiful place. Smooth check in. The location is very convenient. The only small caveat is that the place isn't well stocked with supplies. There is no soap, shower gel, conditioner or body lotion. Only one roll of toilet paper on the holder, so by the last day we run out of TP.

- charged us 3x for the stay and no response on helping the situation - poor responsiveness by host - gets hot at night and A/C is weak - checkout directions unclear with big fees if not followed as desired - near a busy road and you can hear all cars - shower floods the bathroom - 1/2 pillows are hard

The flat is amazing, the authentic Italian home is thoughtfully and intelligently decorated and truly feels like a welcome into your artful life. We would like to note that the flat is in serious need of an updated air conditioning unit. The current unit does not serve the loft at all and makes for very hot sleeping. Overall the experience was one we will not forget.

The location was excellent and bed comfortable. The rest was poor, needs a deep clean and clear instructions if arriving after concierge leave at 6pm.We were locked out one evening due to either the owner or a host company attempting to access the property while we were out. Sat in the corridor for nearly 3 hours whilst needing medication was not appreciated. The owner turned up and enabled entry.

Although AC was listed , it didn’t work. Despite many requests to fix the problem nothing was done. All the caretaker did was to repeatedly send the same message . These steps , of course , didn’t make the airconditioner work. By the appearance of the unit, it appeared to have not been serviced for a long time.It was very hot in the apartment. The apartment is located on a busy street. There is no soundproofing. The heat and noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It is not a cheap rental. Very disappointing!! A BIG CAUTION for next renter.
