Just fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options and things to do. 10/10. When I come back to Milan I hope to stay here again.

Great location

Located near multiple bars and restaurants with quick and easy access to public transportation for all areas of the city. Only drawbacks were a very small shower which took a little getting used to and the washer has no instructions for its use. Instructions in Italian can be found on line but not adequately translated to English.

The property was lovely, and the check in and check out process was made easy by all the information they provided. The location was accessible for public transit. A few things that the place was missing that was not expressed through the posting on Expedia. The posting says that there was a dishwasher on site, when we were there it was broken and had a foul smell coming from it. I had a hard time standing in the kitchen area without smelling it even with the door closed. There was no soap available (hand soap, dish soap or laundry detergent). When I asked the property group about it, I was told that in the listing it says there is no soap. They also told me the dishwasher is broken and the amenity had been taken off of the listing. When I went to review the listing on Expedia, there is no mention of the lack of soap (I can understand dish soap and laundry detergent to an extent - although a washing machine and a dishwasher is listed as an amenity, I feel the tools should be provided to use such amenities), but not providing hand soap is a little strange to me, considering many people are travelling. I was also told that since they were aware that the dishwasher was broken, it has been taken down from the listing. This was not the case from the listing I was seeing on Expedia. Everything was great, just make sure to bring your own hand soap if you plan on washing your hands, your own dish soap if you plan on using any dishes, and bring your own laundry detergent.

This property was materially misrepresented and did not meet basic hospitality standards. The sofa bed, which was clearly advertised as a sleeping accommodation, was broken, dirty, stained, and unusable, with no linens provided. The host later stated that the sofa sleeper would only be cleaned and prepared if requested in advance this requirement was never disclosed in the listing. The apartment also had significant cleanliness issues, including visible dust, debris under furniture, and mold in the shower. After I reported the problems, I was told I could either leave that same evening for a refund or remain and accept the conditions. After international travel, this was not a reasonable or fair resolution. Travelers should be aware that the property may not be prepared as advertised, and sleeping accommodations may not be usable upon arrival. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The sofa sleeper was broken and unusable, and it contained leftover hair, debris, and what appeared to be old clothing, indicating it had not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests.
The apartment was unreasonably dark, even with all lights on, and the windows faced a wall, resulting in no natural light. The unit felt closed-in and did not resemble the listing photos, which were misleading and did not accurately represent the spa

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was a complete disaster. Instead of a simple, reliable system, access to the property depends on a web-based door unlocking platform that constantly fails. It took multiple attempts every single time just to get the door to unlock. Standing outside trying over and over again is not just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable, especially after a long day. The room itself was no better. The heating system was not working properly, and the space was consistently cold. This made the stay uncomfortable and, frankly, affected my health. Attention to basic hospitality was also shockingly poor. For a 5-day stay for two people, only three coffee capsules were provided. While these may be considered “complimentary,” this level of stinginess feels careless and even a bit insulting. It reflects a lack of thought toward guest comfort. What made everything worse was the host’s attitude. Communication was poor throughout, and instead of acknowledging the issues, they repeatedly denied that any problems existed. There was no effort to resolve anything or offer support. Overall, this property fails in the fundamentals: access, comfort, and service. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
