We were disappointed the property was clearly not the one listed and pictured. Everything seemed off about it. See pictures below of the actual apartment we stayed in. There was mold on the ceiling - I was bumping my head on the ceiling and I am 5 5”. The balcony was a window and everything seemed unpermitted.

The location is great! The apartment was not really clean. There is years of dust on top of the ac and thermostat and baseboards. It needs some refinements and a simple coat of paint. The shower is the tiniest we have ever seen, so if you are a bigger person you will not fit through the door. We had a leak in the bathroom, contacted the host but the problem was never addressed. Overall it feels like a hostel.

We had a DREADFUL experience at this studio! The studio itself is fine & the location is great. But there was an overpowering smell of air freshener in the room...that did not dissipate, even with the balcony doors left wide open for hours. We mentioned this strong smell to the property host several times but nothing was done to help us. We left the property after just one night (we were supposed to stay 3 nights)...both my friend and I were coughing & felt nauseous! In fact, she was coughing up black specks the next day :(

El lugar es un edificio bien estructurado y en gran localizacion, se siente super sehuro incluso en horario de la noche. Tiene una ubicacion excelente en verdad. La habitacion en sí es pequeña, le ayuda el tema del doble oiso pero si esta cañon tratat de subir maleta, es mejor dejarla en el sillon abajo. Ame el balcon. Considero quental vez le falta un plus pero esta super bien ubicada, es segura, agua caliente siemrpe, descansas sin problema y el tema del check sin contacto esta excelente. Frente y a la huelta tiene grandes restaurantcitos que estan super y la heladeria del frente tambien. Esta realmente a menos de 4 cuadras del duomo y si esta supr segura. Con respecto a la central de transporte sí un poco retirado.
