The issue is that you must call ahead of time to first access the building (the doorbell doesn't seem to work & this means a stop at a phone store to buy a SIM card before arriving). Nobody told us how to exit the building (there is a button next to the elevator or you can use your key). The hotel should send information beforehand to give details like floor etc. The location is excellent and the room is clean though. However, the hotel payment was taken TWICE for the same stay/night and I am struggling to be reimbursed. I have called the hotel and they confirmed this double payment and they were going to send an email confirmation for the refund, but they still have not done so.
