This 2 bedroom apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator) consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, an open kitchen with balcony; two double bedrooms with a desk for smart working, two bathrooms, a laundry room. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms are among the available facilities.   
  
The apartment is located a few steps from Parco Sempione (700 meters) and Arco della Pace (850 meters), in a residential area full of restaurants, pizzerias and bars.   
  
The historic Pasticceria Martesana is located a few steps away, as is via Paolo Sarpi, the Chinese district, full of delicatessens, restaurants and traditional Chinese shops. Also in the immediate vicinity, the pedestrian area of ​​Corso Sempione offers restaurants, trendy venues for aperitifs and evenings. The nearest Carrefour supermarket is 100 meters away.
