#### Overall is good, could have been better

The location and condition of the property were good, exactly as described. The check-in instructions included a link and a video to access the lockbox. The video was easy to understand; however, adding a caption that clearly shows the lockbox and the front door lock numbera would be helpful.The interior was generally updated and clean. However, upon closer inspection, the freezer was not in good condition, and one of the extra bed covers had a substantial pee stain along with a small blood stain, which was unpleasant to find.
