  • Beautiful one-bedroom apartment of 45sqm completely renovated, very bright. Spacious living room with kitchinette, one double bedroom and one bathroom. On the ground floor with independent entrance, facing the street with armoured door. Thanks to the large, comfortable sofa bed and extendable table in the living area, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
    Equipped with all comforts, with everything you need for cooking, doing laundry, air conditioning in all rooms and new window frames

Comfortable and Pleasant Stay

It is a very modern and newly renovated apartment. We had a very comfortable and pleasant five-night stay here whilst visiting Milan. We are a family of four, with two kids (6 and 4) and the property suited us perfectly. The owners have thoughtfully included all the extras you would expect in a modern apartment/rental and we would both happily return and recommend this for your stay in Milan. Thank you to the owners.

Suitable small apartment

Communcation with property manager was easy and realible via messaging, but I did not get to meet the property manager in person as she was busy. Ezio was the one who showed us the property. Enzio was nice and also easy to communicate with. The Wi-Fi password listed on the router is incorrect but we were able to figure it out using the TV connected to the Wi-Fi (make sure ask for the correct password as the QR code did not work either). Small amount of dead bugs/flies seemed to accumulate at the front door, but other than that the property was clean.

Coming from NYC this felt familiar.

Quirky apartment on a busy road. Maybe not for everyone, but coming from NYC this felt quite normal. Place is clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Unique place

This place was nice, clean, and modern. The only VRBO we stayed in Italy that we did not have to be worry about making loud noise (not that we made any). It’s unique as the door is securely locked by gate and front door however it is located right off the sidewalk. Next to a cafe. 9 min walk to train station. An abundant choices to eat and grocery shopping.
