It was in good location easy to access to tourist attractions. Although the street noise could penetrate to the room a bit overall It was a happy stay. If you are lucky to have a room on the other side of the building it could be be better.

I had two different experiences: 1) I wanted to reduce my seven day stay to a six day stay before the date for a full refund. I reached out four times and hotels.com reached out two times and they ignored us every time. I was stuck with a $500 room night that I didn't need. This was a great property just minutes away from the duomo on foot. Also only 10 minutes away from all you want to see and in the city. Only niggle was not very soundproofed from outside noise. There was major roadworks going on, but not the fault of the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful
