A cosy 25-square-meter studio apartment (on two levels) located on the fourth floor of a building with an lift, accommodating up to 2 people. Just a short walk from Porta Garibaldi, Corso Como, the Microsoft headquarters, Eataly, and Feltrinelli, the apartment is located in an area well-served by public transport and highly regarded for offering a quiet place to stay in Milan while still being right in the city centre. Monumentale and Cenisio stations on the M5 metro line are also easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is part of a typical Milanese “ringhiera” building and is accessed via an outdoor balcony.

Inside, the apartment consists of a single open space divided into a living area on the lower level with a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.

A small bathroom, accessible via a (slightly high) step, with a sink and shower stall. NO BIDET.

An internal staircase leads to the upper level with a double bed.

Option to sleep separately (if travelling as a couple) with one sleeping spot on the double bed and one on the sofa bed.

The upper level is not soundproofed from the lower level.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
