"Upon check-in, I was unfortunately greeted by a member of the staff whose demeanor was quite rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone for the beginning of my stay. Hospitality begins with human interaction, and sadly, this property lacked the warmth and professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this standard.
The experience continued to decline during my visit to the spa. What should have been a peaceful and relaxing environment was repeatedly disrupted by loud cleaning noises, banging, and staff moving around carelessly while guests were trying to unwind. A spa should feel like a sanctuary, yet it was impossible to fully relax under those conditions.
To make matters worse, access to the spa and sauna required an additional €10 fee, which already felt excessive considering the experience. Even basic amenities seemed unnecessarily overpriced — I was charged €5 for a simple morning coffee, despite there being no coffee machine or complimentary coffee available in the room or lobby. For the rates charged by the hotel, these extra costs felt unreasonable and poorly thought out. I would never stay here again.
Overall, the property itself has potential, but the lack of friendliness from the staff, combined with the constant extra charges and poor attention to guest comfort, left me disappointed. A more welcoming atmosphere and better customer care would make a significant difference."
