The apartment, tastefully furnished in a style that combines art, design and elegance, was personally curated by artist Anna Teresa Ritacco, whose sculptures and works make the spaces unique and evocative. On the lower level you will find the entrance, living room with dining area, sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with a spacious shower equipped with chromotherapy. On the upper floor is the bedroom with double bed and storage room. The design of the spaces reflects the essence of Milanese modernity, playing with colors and lights that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with all comforts to ensure a pleasant and immediately familiar stay. Located on the ground floor of a historic building, the accommodation has independent access with self check-in. Guests can use the private condominium courtyard free of charge, which is used for parking. The area is one of the most lively and characteristic of Milan: close to Bocconi University, well served by supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Tram stops 3 and 15, and the green metro line, are about 100 meters away and allow you to reach in a few minutes the symbolic places of the city, such as the Duomo (about 2 km away) and the Navigli, the beating heart of Milanese fashion, design and culture.
