The two-level loft apartment is divided into:

LOWER LEVEL on the ground floor with a living room featuring a double sofa bed, TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, and microwave. Bathroom with washing machine, bidet, and shower stall.

UPPER LEVEL on the ground floor, accessible via a staircase, featuring a double bed, TV, small walk-in closet, and a second bathroom with bidet and bathtub.

Additional amenities available to guests: independent heating, split-system A/C in the living room and on the loft, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
