Being street side the apartment was a bit noisy. An additional fan would’ve been welcome. This was a horrible experience. We were given check in instructions 5 minutes before check in time. We called when we arrived at building and they said we had to pay tourist tax via email before we could get the rest of the check in instructions. After we paid we could not figure out how to access the key and get into apartment. Every time we called we got another representative who kept trying to tell us to check our email. Finally after talking to 5 different people, a gentleman explained there was two different buildings that have the same address that are very close to each other. That would have been nice to know after we climbed 4 flights of stairs with kids and 6 bags of luggage. When we arrived at the correct apartment it was scorching hot and the refrigerator was not working. We tried to open windows to cool off but it didn’t work. The WiFi only worked while you were in the kitchen and the toilet seat was broken. There was also hair on bed sheets and sink. When we contacted property manager they offered another option on the other side of town and wanted us to pay $65 more. We ended up leaving the property 30 minutes later and got a hotel in the area. Someone from customer service finally emailed back after I sent pictures and videos. They said someone would be in contact with us but no one ever contacted us either by email or phone.
