There was also no carbon monoxide alarm in site!! They did move us to another apartment (the dirty one) but there was no emergency number to contact, we had no hot water to wash because of the gas being turned off. I have contacted hotels.com and all they could offer was £50 credit off of their own back but this is 100% the Italianway’s fault & have refused to do anything about the situation. Essentially italianway couldn’t give a damn that there was a gas leak and that someone could have possibly died.
