It is in a great spot for public transportation and it was still very quiet. The check in videos were helpful and once we had gotten in once it was easy after that. The check-in and check-out needs to be changed. Although videos were sent, it was still confusing. And when we had problems getting in the room we were not able to reach anyone to help. Then we had to leave keys in the apartment that we also needed to use to get out of the complex!
