I enjoyed 2 nights here. It was clean and easy to handle breakfast and check-in. Overall appearance .....needs some paint outside/inside and around windows. Back garden could have been darling if tools and ladders were put away in the shed with the doors closed. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on Expedia and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. A recepção nem sempre tem pessoa disponível, demoramos 15 min pra fazer o check in. E chegamos as 14:30 (hora padrao do check-in). Cafe da manha razoável, mas chegue cedo pois nao há reposições, poucas opções. Apesar de nao ter ar condicionado, nao ha mosquitos e tem uma especie de climatizador central que deixa o quarto numa temperatura agradavel msm em dia quente. Cama de molas como na maioria dos hoteis da europa.
