The room was comfortable with air conditioning and the staff of the hotel were super friendly. Two blocks to be precise. And from there you can get anywhere in Milano. The staff is super friendly, check ins are amazingly quick. The rooms are pristine clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is a mini buffet style, very satisfying and nutritious. Staff is multilingual and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro with plenty of convenient stores and quiet restaurants nearby. Room was clean and everything including AC was working fine. Only notes would be that the bathroom was VERY small. I'm 5'9 and struggled to move in the shower and sit on the toilet--I imagine taller folks will have a harder time. Only other minor issue is that there weren't enough outlets in the unit. Fridge was unplugged and we had to use the outlet next to the bed to power. Everything is bad about the hotel. The area is not safe during the night. You will find a lot of homeless people around. The items are not more than 10 I guess and food they serve is something which supermarkets usually throw away. The washroom is so tiny that you will be suffocated. Picture does not match with the actual scenario of the hotel. Its too bad to rank. Hotels.se should not include these type of hotels.
