Bom hotel para hospedagem curta em Milão.

Localizado próximo à Estação Ferroviária Central, possui fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse na cidade. Também é próximo ao terminal de ônibus que fazem o trajeto ao Aeroporto de Malpensa. O hotel é simples, mas dispõe do necessário para uma estadia confortável. Atenção apenas para a falta de acessibilidade, pois apesar de possuir elevador (um tanto antigo,ppr sinal), é necessário subir alguns degraus para pegá-lo. Café da manhã buffet conta com variedade suficiente para agradar. Ponto alto é o atendimento dos funcionários, que foram sempre solícitos.

This hotel is the worst! - rude staff - Unsatisfactory customer service - Bad Internet - Very ringy (feels like the other people are in your room) - Smelly room - Defective electronics DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NOBODY!

エレベーターは時々止まります。 スタッフは感じ悪いです。 清潔感はありません。 バスタブやベッド、床にはゴミや髪の毛があります。 駅から近いが運が悪いと違うホテルに回されてる人が居ました。最悪でした。

Disappointing Demo

1) Hotel room was in a separate block and there was no shelter from rain. Highly inconvenient! 2) The lift lobby lights outside the room was not working. And could not see where to go as we checked in at night. 3) There was no electric kettle for hot water boiling which is totally essential in winter journey. 4) There was no proper working air conditioning/heating at all, and we had to rely on a small single thermal heater unit beside the window, which is clearly insufficient to heat the room. 4) 2 foldable beds had sharp edges that cut a hole in my clothing twice. Totally unsafe for children. 5) The foldable bed mattresses were so thin that we could feel the springs underneath! 6) The modern photos of the hotel lobby are a stark contrast from the room and failed to live up to a 3 star hotel experience. It was just awful and underwhelming:(

On a séjourné dans cet hôtel du mercredi 11décembre au samedi 14.l'acceuil en soirée le mercredi 11 fut très désagréable,la réceptionniste du soir n'est ni professionelle ni souriante,ni respectieuse,elle nous a mal parlé.En revanche,la réceptionniste en journée,la serveuse du petit déjeuner et la femme de ménage étaient au top.Point à améliorer:1)l'arrivée d'eau chaude trop lente et vite épuisée!!! 2)meilleure isolation côté rue car trop bruyante!!

위치만 좋아요..위치만...

도망쳐나오고싶은 호텔이었습니다. 배낭여행객에게 적당해요~ 커플은 노노노노노노!! 옆방 변기물내리는 소리, 샤워기 트는 소리 너무 크게 들리고 쥐다니는 소리에 깼어요ㅠㅠ 에어컨은 있지만 틀고싶게 생기지도않았고 화장실은 깔끔하지만 너무너무 좁아요... 집 풀어둘 공간도 없어서 친구의 짐은 풀지도 못하고.. 조식먹자마자 도망쳐나왔네요

Kein Warmes Wasser, frühstück nur Kuchen, Zimmer war im Hinterhof in einen normalen Wohnhaus, sehr laut. Aufzug sah nicht wirklich Sicher aus. Betten unbequem und alles sehr alt. Keine richtigen Decken.

This place was creepy. Our room was right in a corner too which meant the bathroom was tiny. TV was tiny too. Weird paintings everywhere and when you wanted to leave, you had to hand your key in. One of the ladies on the front desk came across as rude.

Staff were very friendly snd very helpful. Hotel is 5 min walk from the main central station. There are a few restaurants close by. A mini market like 2 min walk away. Streey parking 2 Euro an hour from 08-19 after 19 hours free parking till morning. Secured parking just around the corner for 25 euro a day.

Check in clerk was rude. You have to schlep your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The shower was so small you can't bend down to get anything.

No me gustó nada del hotel aparentemente parece buen hotel cuando ves la recepción pero las habitaciones son en un edificio viejo, donde se oye el ruido del resto de habitaciones. La cama llena de muelles incomodísima, la ducha tenía moho y el lavabo estaba atascado y se quedaba lleno de agua. En cuanto al personal antipático, las tasas por noche son 4 euros por persona y hay hoteles por la zona más baratos y mejores. La habitación que nos dieron era con cama pequeña y éramos dos personas habiendo reservado una doble. No volveré ni lo recomendaría.

Basic 3 star hotel and a bit tired. bed linen changed every day and rooms cleaned . Rooms are on the small size but adequate. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages including signing for the deaf. good continental breakfast, close to central station and coaches for the airports.Price reasoable for Milan
