Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.  
  
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.  
  
For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

Viale Certosa or Viale Monte Ceneri quickly leads to the Portello area, home to the modern shopping center and the redeveloped former trade fair site, complete with new green spaces and offices. In the opposite direction, Milano Bovisa station offers convenient connections to universities (such as the Polytechnic).

\- From Milan Linate Airport, take the M4 Blue subway to the San Babila stop. From there, take the M1 Red subway to the Cairoli stop and then take bus No. 57 to the Via Varesina Via Dal Re stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the shuttle bus to Milan Central Station and get off at the Milano - Viale Renato Serra stop. Walk to the Via Plana Viale Monte Ceneri stop (a 7-minute walk) and take bus No. 57 to the Via Varesina Via Dal Re stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Central Station, take the M2 Green subway to the Lanza stop, then take bus No. 57 to the Via Varesina Via Dal Re stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- By car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed).
