Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.  
  
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.  
  
A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.  
  
Check-in after 11:00 pm is not possible, even for a fee.

The apartment is located in a central and elegant area, on a quiet street just steps from Corso Buenos Aires and the famous Quadrilatero della Moda (Fashion District), including Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, and Piazza San Babila. Piazza Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele are less than 20 minutes away by public transportation.  
  
About a 15-minute walk away is Indro Montanelli Park, ideal for strolls or outdoor activities, and home to the Planetarium and the Pavilion of Contemporary Art. The area is full of theaters, multiplex cinemas, shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.  
  
The area is well served by public transportation: metro line M1 (Porta Venezia and Palestro stops), suburban train lines (S1, S2, S5, S6, S13 – Porta Venezia station), and tram lines (lines 9, 19, and 23).

\-Il Giardino dei Segreti: 1 minute on foot;  
  
\- Bar Meet: 2 minutes on foot;  
  
\- PAM Local (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Milan Central Station, take tram 5 to the Piazza Otto Novembre stop, 3 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Linate Airport, take the M4 Blue metro line to the Tricolore stop. From there, take tram 19 to the Via Bixio stop, 1 minute on foot from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the Terravision bus service to the Milano Centrale stop, then take tram 5 to the Piazza Otto Novembre stop, 3 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- If you're traveling by car, parking is not included: paid parking is available at the Via Melzo garage, 3 minutes on foot from the property;
