Newly renovated two-room apartment located on the first floor of an elegant building with concierge service.  
  
The apartment opens onto a corridor leading  
  
to the large living room with kitchen overlooking a small balcony on the street side. Here you will find a table, a double sofa bed and a comfortable and functional kitchen.  
  
The kitchen is complete with fridge, oven, induction hob, sink and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.  
  
From the living room, through a hallway you enter the bathroom and the bedroom.  
  
The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and a large shower.  
  
The bedroom overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, has a double bed and a large bridge wardrobe.
