Amazing stay at Milan!

The place was very beautiful and I was able to walk to anywhere I wanted to see. Very quiet location with a beautiful courtyard garden right next to the room. Highly recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed staying here - It was perfect for our needs.The check-in was difficult because it was not through VRBO - it was another platform called ArtStay - we spent 1/2 hour trying to find the link for the information for getting the key etc. The "manager" for ArtStay was very rude and condescending when 3 people tried to find the check-in link. Finally, my son found it - as though it had suddenly been uploaded. Also, it would be good for VRBO to tell about the CITY TAX that is put on after you pay for the apartment - 50Euro. There was a nice courtyard with garden view from windows.

The appartment neeeds a refresh as the fixtures & furnishings were fairly worn out: the mattress frame broke, the bathroom door would not close easily or quietly, the shower would not maitain a consistent. But location and parking space were winners oitstanding.parkijlllllltemperatures.

Disappointing experience. Close to Milano centrale, yes, but “steps” is an exaggeration. Key pickup is blocks away from the apartment, in a lock box affixed on a random building grate, accessed through a trash filled alley. Check in communication non-existent. Messaged host several times up to 24 hrs before check in and zero replies. Apartment smells like smoke, has sheer curtains even in the bathroom and bedroom, and stains on the comforter linens. Very bare bones. Not well kept. Windows were unlocked, and one window was even open upon arrival! That’s not safe. Neighbors rang doorbell incessantly when we used the washer. Just a crazy disappointing experience all around.

À notre arrivée, nous n’avons pas pu accéder au logement, ce qui nous a laissés sans solution immédiate. Ce manquement est entièrement imputable au propriétaire et nous a obligés à trouver un hébergement de dernière minute, avec des frais et un stress importants. Expérience très négative.
