Delightful apartment in the Brera area / Centro Milano - Shopping - Art - Museums

The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of the building and has an elevator.
Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.
Towels, sheets, hair dryers and hand soap will be available to you at no additional cost, while items of personal hygiene such as toothpaste and shampoo will not be provided.
Finally, the building is equipped with a laundry area in the basement that can be used by the guests of the apartment.

Fabulous location and very comfortable!

We felt very much at home here. Bed was comfortable, nice quiet apartment. Great water pressure in the shower. The location was excellent and very close to the Pinoteca Brera and the fun shopping area. Also close to the Sforza castle. Recommend bringing shampoo along, as it’s the one thing not provided.

Just stayed in this apartment for 10 days!! Apartment was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay in Milan. The location is also amazing and walkable to any of the large tourist attractions! We were very happy with our stay and could not recommend a better area to be located in!

Excellent location and apartment

Brera is a fantastic central location walking distance from the centre of Milan and all attractions. We walked everywhere. The apartment is in a quiet location but close to all amenities. It has all facilities including kitchen facilities should you choose to eat at home. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Francesco is an excellent host.

This is our second stay at this location. Our overall experience could not be beat. Close to everything in the best part of the city. Great location

This flat is in a great location for restaurants and access to tourist destinations. The owners are very friendly and accommodating As a single woman, I felt 100% safe here. It is just so nice to stay in a flat with a kitchen/tv etc. After one tiring day I simply picked up a salad and a bottle of wine and enjoyed the evening in the flat. Its very quiet. I heard no one and there is a nice local grocer right next to the flat. The price point is fantastic. It really made my stay in Milan stress free as I knew I had a cozy place to come back to.

Little gem.

This apt. is well stocked, great location. Close to many attractions, all within walking distance. Very quiet and secure. Lots of eateries nearby, just walk and you will find what you like. There is lots of traffic only steps away, becareful. I would definitely stay here again. Good communication with owner, his mother met me and gave a rundown of all I needed to know. great location but cleanliness is lacking and only hand soap provided. No shower soap or shampoo was provided. Also, the towels even though it looked like they had been washed but had a bad funky smell.

Apartment is in great location but the kitchen is not equipped with necessities for cooking. Apartment does NOT have a balcony to step out to as it appears in photo. Replacement linens and towels were not provided and quality of the towels were so poor that we ended up buying towels.
