The apartment features a finely appointed kitchen, two bedrooms, and two modern, elegant bathrooms (including one en-suite), making it ideal for accommodating small groups of colleagues, friends, as well as couples and families visiting Milan. For longer stays, amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine are available. Small appliances such as a smart TV with Netflix, coffee machine, and kettle ensure daily comforts. The Neighborhood: Via Laurana is located in the northern part of Milan, within a quiet yet strategic residential area. The apartment is close to the lively Isola district, famous for its trendy cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as to Porta Nuova, the city’s modern business hub. The nearby Piazzale Istria area provides supermarkets, bakeries, and local markets within walking distance, combining the convenience of the city with a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. The check-in process was a little frustrating because we were asked to get a hold of the management company, yet no one was responding, so we stood out front for 20-30 minutes. When we did finally get someone on the phone, the process was smooth and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. There is a nice grocery store right across the street and a short walk to a bus station and metro. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were nice. Our only complaint is that the showers could use a deep clean. The management company offered to send someone out, but we were only staying for two nights, so we declined the offer. The walls are a little thin, so the neighbors could be heard early in the morning and later in the evening, but not too disruptive. Overall, it's a nice place and a good home base for visiting Milan. ##### Colleen M.
