This is a 60 sqm apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom, located on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator, conveniently connected by public transport to reach the city center and many tourist attractions.  
  
Of the two bedrooms, one features a queen-sized bed, while the other has two single beds, one of which can be converted into a double. The entire apartment has parquet flooring.
