If your request is approved, you’ll need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance. <br><br>In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.<br><br>During your stay, we will always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you plan to check in person, you must make arrangements regarding the time in advance.
