If you want to get some sleep, forget it. Very noisy outside of hotel. There is a club across the street. Lots of foot traffic and noisy. Street sweeper comes by at 6 am also. The paint is peeling in the shower and moldy. Beds are hard. Tv never worked. I do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is it was close to the train station.

Bathroom drains stunk of egg
Bathroom absolutely stunk of egg from the drains. It was revolting. Took ages to check in - there was a woman who could see us and was sat in the back but decided to leave it for her colleague. Some feedback would be to just check people in as fast as possible rather than leaving them waiting. Fridge in the room wasn’t working. Door to the toilet was weird and had no lock. Quite noisy you can hear the hustle and bustle of other people and also seemed to have some drilling (though possibly outside of the hotel but couldn’t be sure). Needed to check out fast and unfortunately was told to wait again despite there being someone else there to check us out. Wouldn’t stay here again but the location is great for the central station and metro.

This was the WORST stay. The Place was not clean at all. There was a leakage in the bathroom ceiling. The property list as Air Condition but they only TURN ON AC FOR 2 HOURS A DAY. They don't have it on their website which is misleading to people who are booking. There is NO FAN as well. The Mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Their were Mosquitoes inside the room. I would suggest to book something else with little more money or same money.

Great location, just about 5 mins from Milano Central Station, very quiet neighborhood and a lots of places to dine at night. A/C was working perfectly, bathroom was a bit small but did the trick, housekeeping cleaned everyday. Staff was great and helped us with our needs.

Do Not Stay At This Hotel!
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. There is no place to put your things except on top of the bed, so then you cannot lay down to sleep. I had to balance my phone on the ledge and hope it didn't fall on the floor and break. The bathroom is terrible - no toilet seat! Turn on the bidet and it floods the bathroom. Only one towel and one hand cloth - really? I told them not to service my room, but they came in there while I was gone anyway. The TV is very high tech and extremely difficult to use. It says no smoking but there were tons of cigarettes on the window ledge. Instead of a front desk, the give the poor clerks a tablet and a stool to sit on. Avoid this business at all costs! They hate their employees and they hate you too.

We had a large group with 3 rooms at this hotel and a room at another hotel property down the street. The setup at this property was not great for families. Also my kids are adopted and don’t look like my wife and I. The staff seemed really concerned about that even after they checked our passports. I appreciate them being careful to watch out for the vulnerable but they made us feel targeted and unsafe. Also the area is full of graffiti and trash but so is much of Milan. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially for families.

The worst condition room I've ever stayed in
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I honestly am shocked it has positive reviews. The conditions of the rooms are something out of a 1 star hotel. Door doesn't open or close properly as it gets stuck, there are massive defects in the floor/ bumps so big you could actually trip on them, the curtains are not blackout curtains, the shower head leaks and is ancient and to top it all off the staff are completely useless and unhelpful. When I brought all that up to their attention I got a "sorry we're aware of all of those things but there's nothing that we can do about it" as in they don't care. Honestly my advice is avoid this place at any cost.

My bag was stolen in hotel lobby by a pickpocketer while waiting to check. Hotel staff did NOTHING to help us - only thing they do was to tell us that we need to go to the police. They had security cameras and refused to show us, refused to see the footage themselves (maybe they saw the footage but they refused to tell us what they saw). It was all very suspect and I am still traumatized from my stay here. I will never stay at this property again.
