All furnishings and appliances are new. The bathroom is very clean, done very well. The bed is definitely comfortable (I am 6’ tall 220 ponds). I was very pleased with what we got for our money. The neighborhood is fine, no random people bother you. The evenings are active until 9 o’clock, then it quiets down. There are three places within 100ft of the apartment to eat.
