Apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need. Our checking was fast and easy. May, the front desk associate, took us into our apartment and showed us how to work the washer/dryer, room temp controls, the front door lock. May also gave us pointers on using the public transit system, where to buy groceries, yummy places to eat, and so much more. Great stay!

Excellent!

Really nice and spacious apartment! Everything worked as expected and every room had its own AC that kept us chill while it was 35 degrees outside. For breakfast and late night we could enjoy sitting outside on the private terrace. Smooth check-in and the staff was very kind and easy to communicate with!

Very spacious modern apartment, has washer and dryer in room, 2 bathrooms helps a lot for 5 of us. And a very nice patio. FOH was very communicative and very nice. We stayed on the 1st floor, had some ants in the room, shower has no doors (normal in Europe ig), with a little slow drain in one of the shower, water ran to the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, during our stay, there were neighbors talking loud at night, which sounds like inside our room, probably that's the reason they provided earbuds. And strong weed smell were filled in the entire apartment on the second day. Overall we loved the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment in Milan and overall had a great experience. The apartment is not in the city center, but it’s very easy to reach downtown by public transport. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were quite basic (simple towels, toilet paper, etc.), and breakfast was more like supermarket products rather than a real hotel breakfast. However, every extra request we had was quickly accommodated, which was excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place to travelers looking for a convenient and reasonably priced stay in Milan, as long as you don’t expect luxury hotel standards.

I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. The tile floors in the unit developed a light covering of water droplets that was infuriating to deal with. Make sure to call and ask if resolved before booking.

Fijn ruim appartement. Bonus een klein buiten tuintje en een wasmachine. Parkeren kan in de buurt bewaakt en metro is op loopafstand. Is tevens op loopafstand van een Carrefour met ruim assortiment.

Très bel appartement à 20 mn du centre de Milan

Appartement "signature" très spacieux avec deux belles chambres climatisées et chacune a une salle de bain (+wc). Le ménage a été fait tous les jours et les poubelles vidées. La proximité de la ligne 1 du métro et des magasins (Carrefour...) est très pratique. Le centre de Milan est à une vingtaine de minutes en métro. Très bon accueil (sourire, aide pour porter les bagages, informations delivrées). MERCI BEAUCOUP !

Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse. Leider gibt es bei den Zimmern ohne Terrasse keine Aussicht. Man lässt die Vorhänge besser zu!! (Kellerloch) Beim nächsten Mal versuchen wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zu buchen !!
