Discover this cosy and modern **apartment** of 75 m², ideal for couples, small families or travellers seeking comfort and location. Situated just 100 m from the charming centre of Mijas Pueblo, you will have local restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, parks and monuments within walking distance.   
  
 It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people (maximum 2 adults), with a spacious and bright living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of tourism.   
  
 Enjoy its large 32 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for breakfasts in the sun or outdoor dinners.   
  
 Access to communal swimming pool, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wifi, and fully equipped American kitchen so you feel at home.
