### Beautiful Apartment near the beach with amazing seaview!

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most popular beachside towns of La Cala de Mijas. Within short walking distance to the center of the town, beach and all the attractions, this modern development also offers a beautiful pool area with a large swimming pool, open all year and heated in winter, also a children’s pool (seasonal) and a gym.   
  
It can accomodate up to 6 people, and has a large terrace with fantastic views, perfect for dining and relaxing all year round.   
The kitchen is fully eqipped with all appliances and thoughful touches such as coffee, tea and other items are provided.  
  
There is a private underground parking space and plenty of street parking next to the complex. Malaga international airport is within a 25 min drive and you can visit many of the sights of this part of Andalucia easily using La Cala as your base. We look forward to welcoming you!
