The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "Balticus" building and can accommodate 4 people. The space of the apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Kleine Wohnung zentral mit Meerblick

Hübsch eingerichtete, zweckmäßige Wohnung, direkt an der Promenade. Im Winter super, könnte in der Hauptsaison etwas laut sein. Seitlicher Meerblick vom Sofa u. Balkon. Tolles Bad.
